Clearing a Path

In Fall 2020, Vivo had already reached two of the most challenging milestones in the startup journey…finding product-market fit and building a base of customer evangelists. The Vivo team knew it was time to focus on what was going to get them to the next level, and that technology was going to play a major role in that growth.

Working closely with their team, we designed, architected, and scoped a SaaS platform that will enable them to further drive customer engagement and administer their trainings virtually throughout the world.

Adding Fuel to the Fire

Leveraging these designs and product strategy documentation as well as customer testimonials and proprietary scientific research, Vivo was able to raise an initial $1.1 million seed round in the fall of 2021.

In addition, Vivo gained acceptance into the Techstars Future of Longevity Accelerator class of 2021.

Building Strength with Tech

Product strategy, research and design was all performed with the goal of helping Vivo spread its mission of building strength, community, and life. The work involved planning for wearable device integrations, custom video conferencing tools, and more. In addition, the platform houses a complex system of user roles & permissions for maximum reach and effective management.
